Having a successful website or blog requires targeted website traffic. This is different than general web traffic because it consists of users that are likely to be interested in what the site is offering. Three simple yet effective ways to get targeted web traffic are through posting comments, using article directories, and posting YouTube videos.

One of the easiest ways to get targeted webtraffic is through writing blog comments. This is done by first finding and reading blogs with subject matter that relates to what the target site is about. Then comments are posted on the blogs that include a link back to the target site. This method is most effective when the comment is relevant, well written, and informative. Links that are posted alone without commentary are usually ignored or removed, so it is important to give a real comment.

Using article directories is another great method. Free articles can be posted on almost any directory. Make sure the article shares the same topic as the blog and is well written. Although most directories do not allow blog advertisements within the articles themselves, a note at the end of an article with a link to one’s blog is allowed. If the article is relevant and interesting, visitors will be attracted to the link.

Posting videos on YouTube is highly effective as well. This is achieved by placing a video on YouTube that is related to the target blog or website. Next, a link back to the site is included with the video or in a comment underneath. This is

It is best to use a combination of all the above techniques. Patience is key, as a high level of traffic is not an excellent way to get specific traffic.instantaneous. However, with consistent use of the above methods, a blog or website will be successful and have lots of traffic from an interested audience.

Pay Per Click Marketing – Tips for Beginners

When you are involved in internet marketing, one thing you will definitely need to learn about is pay per click marketing. This is a very cost effective type of marketing because you only pay when people actually click on a link and visit your site. With pay per click marketing you won’t have to pay for advertising unless it really brings in more traffic to your site. Of course, if you are new to pay per click, then you may need some simple tips to help you set up your ads to generate the most traffic possible. Here are some tips for beginners that will help you make the most of your pay per click ads.

PPC Tip #1 – Create Dynamic Titles
If you want to make the most of pay per click marketing, you need to create dynamic titles for your ads. It is easy to create them and the titles can have a big affect on your conversion rates as well. You also need to make sure that the content of the ad is well written and that it grabs attention. You want people to click on your ad, so a good title and great content that draws them in is very important.

PPC Tip #2 – Avoid Broad Keywords
Some beginners make the mistake of using broad keywords when they start out with pay per click marketing. What do we mean by broad? Well, this refers to using general keywords or phrases. One example is the phrase “tennis shoes.” This is a very general keyword phrase and the ad will show up when people search for the words “tennis” and “shoes” and they can be in any order and with other terms as well. While it can a good campaign for more experienced marketers, if you are just beginning, using broad keywords is not the way to go.

PPC Tip #3 – Test Different Ads
Come up with several different ads that you can use and then test them. Try using one ad for a week, use the next add for a week, then another ad for a week. Take a look at which ad brings in the best response. Once you see which one brings in the great return, go ahead and use that ad. This is a great way to see what works and what doesn’t when creating your pay per click marketing ads.

PPC Tip #4 – Track ROI and Conversion
Tracking is an important part of pay per click marketing. You should be tracking everything that you can. If you use Google Adwords, you will find that Google tracks some things for you, such as the click through rate. This doesn’t mean that the ads are actually making you any money though. Google offers conversion tracking codes or you can get software to help you track ROI and conversion. This way you see how keywords are performing and which ones are really making you money.

PPC Tip #5 – Stick with Your Budget
Set a budget each week for your pay per click campaigns. Then make sure that you stick with the budget. After all, you never know which keywords are going to work for a short bit and then die out. It can get addictive to use this type of marketing and you don’t want to blow your budget on it. Figure out what you can spend on pay per click marketing, and then make sure you don’t go over your budget.

Paid Per Click Marketing a.k.a. Pay Per Click Marketing: One Of The Most Reliable And Lucrative Ways To Make Money Online!

Creating an internet business as an internet marketer is an absolutely viable solution to achieving complete financial freedom. But before you get into internet marketing you need to be sure you have the work ethic and discipline required. You need work ethic because contrary to popular belief, internet marketing is not some get rich quick shortcut to becoming financially set for life.

Internalize this: “Internet marketing is not the easiest way to make money at first. But once you GET it, it’s the easiest way to make money.”

Here is how it works. It is called residual income and this is your goal. You are going to work EXTREMELY hard in the beginning. Literally pouring everything you got with an obsessive ridiculous amount of focus and hard work into learning and starting your internet business. But after you get into the “flow” you will literally have money rolling in while you do virtually nothing; better yet doing whatever you else you want. That is the goal and you are going to get there.

However, in order to get there you really need discipline to avoid getting emotionally sucked into buying many of the scams out there. You know… the get rich quick programs that sell people on the dream of making money with little or no effort. Those dumb programs give internet marketing a bad name. Avoid these programs at all costs.

The reality though, is that a realisticinternet business has the potential to earn you a five figure salary every month! Like I said though, you must avoid the scams and go with tried and true ways. I’m going to introduce you to one of the most legitimate, reliable, and lucrative ways to make money online: Paid Per Click marketing aka Pay Per Click Marketing.

Paid Per Click marketing is a great way to generate traffic. Oh, I’m getting a bit ahead of myself. I need to first address a few points. To start off, an internet marketing business has two main jobs. Traffic generation and monetizing the traffic.

Traffic –> Your Site –> Monetizing The Traffic

There are different strategies to do each of the jobs and how you go about each of the jobs is directly related to how much money you make. But let’s stick with traffic and traffic generation for now. You’ll soon see how paid per click (pay per click) marketing applies to this.

So what is traffic?

Traffic means visitors. It’s just like a physical business out on the street. Think about it. The more people (traffic) who pass by the store, the greater the chance getting somebody to buy something. Same with an internet business. The more traffic that goes to a website, the greater the chance of a visitor buying or (in internet marketing terms) converting.

Now here’s a thought going along with the same example above. Imagine if the physical store I mentioned above was a Nike outlet. Wouldn’t it be freaking great if all the people that saw the store were looking for Nike products? Think about how well the Nike store would do if all its visitors were looking specifically for Nike gear. They would make a killing because they offered exactly what these visitors wanted. Of, course in real life a store cannot guarantee that everyone person that sees the store is searching for exactly what’s inside. BUT…hehehehehe! You can create this situation on the internet. Consistently ;]

On the internet (with slick internet marketing) you can make sure that most if not all the visitors that see you “store” or website are searching for exactly what you offer on your website. What do you think happens when you offer an already searching visitor exactly product or service they are searching for…$ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ icon biggrin Paid Per Click Marketing a.k.a. Pay Per Click Marketing: One Of The Most Reliable And Lucrative Ways To Make Money Online! $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ ! Ha-ha-ha! A pretty neat concept eh?

So………

Now the question arises: How do we do this? How do we drive searching visitors to our online sites? There a number of ways to do this but one of the most reliable, fast, and lucrative ways to do this is paid per click marketing! Paid per click marketing also known as pay per click marketing is a form of traffic generation. It’s what it sounds like. You pay per click which basically means you pay per visitor to your site.

There are various places that offer paid per click marketing but this marketing is primarily done on search engines; the likes of Google, Yahoo, and Bing. You may be asking, if paid per click marketing is such a tried and true form of traffic generation doesn’t that mean that everyone does it? And if everyone does it, how can I earn money with it?

Let go of self limiting thoughts and start taking action…

Well let me squash that little doubt that may be holding you back from furiously working at internet marketing/paid per click marketing. According to the US Census Bureau .6 billion dollars was spent online in 2008. These statistics are only going to continue to grow. Think about it, as the internet security continues to mature, more and more and more people are going to be comfortable spending online.

It is more than possible to make a six to seven figure income as an internet marketer. I’m on my way to doing just that! Come join me and my brother on our journey on our brand new blog at LarryandPerry.com but first click here for a more detailed overview of paid per click marketing!

To Your Success,

What can I say? I’m a young and crazy kid who loves to have fun and ambitious to boot. I’ve been learning internet marketing for almost a year now. I’ve seen great results as a result of hard work and discipline and I want to start sharing my insights and learnings.
